Originally from Myanmar, Dr. Kochar attended the Institute of Medicine, Mandalay, earning her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. Her postgraduate training began with an internship at the same institution.Dr. Kochar continued her postgraduate training at Lutheran Medical Center, completing a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at Lutheran Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, followed by a fellowship in Endocrinology at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science, Chicago Medical School, North Chicago, IL. Later, she joined Cancer Treatment Centers of America in 2015. She co-founded West Valley Endocrinology in 2018.
During her training, Dr. Kochar also published and presented research and case studies on cardiovascular health, cancer, endocrine system conditions and other health issues. She has volunteered her time and expertise at several hospitals both in the United States and Myanmar.
Licensed to practice medicine by the States of Arizona, Dr. Kochar is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and the Endocrine Society. She is fluent in Burmese, Hindi and Punjabi, and speaks basic Urdu and Mandarin.

Dr. Gopinath S. Sunil is an experienced endocrinologist with more than two decades in practice. Originally from India, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kerala in 1987 before relocating to the United States to further his medical training at Stanford. He went on to complete his residency at Maricopa Medical Center and later pursued a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Minnesota.
Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Sunil places a strong emphasis on clear and open communication. He takes time to listen carefully, understand each patient’s concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs. His ability to connect with patients is enhanced by his fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, and he is currently working toward proficiency in Spanish.
Dr. Sunil treats a wide range of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, fatigue-related concerns, and hormone-related issues affecting both men and women. He is dedicated to supporting his patients’ long-term health and improving access to quality care throughout the West Valley community.

Korinne Lee is a dedicated advanced practice provider and healthcare leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She is passionate about improving the patient experience while supporting individuals with complex endocrine conditions, ensuring each patient receives care that is coordinated, personalized, and accessible.
She has built a strong academic foundation to support her extensive clinical and leadership career in healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) degree from Grand Canyon University in 2020, following completion of her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the same institution in 2016. She began her nursing education in 2001 after graduating from Metro Tech.
Korinne brings a unique blend of oncology and endocrine expertise, shaped by her work in both community-based settings and at nationally recognized cancer centers, including City of Hope. In these roles, she has cared for patients with complex endocrine disorders—such as thyroid, pancreatic, adrenal, and metabolic conditions—often intersecting with oncology care. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex medical information into clear, compassionate guidance, helping patients navigate chronic illness.
Throughout her career, Korinne has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles across leading healthcare organizations, where she is known for her ability to connect with patients, support care teams, and drive meaningful improvements in quality, access, and outcomes. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and a deep commitment to those she serves.
Korinne is also an active contributor to the medical community as a published author, speaker, and former President of the Phoenix Oncology Nursing Society. Whether working directly with patients or leading national programs, she remains focused on one goal: making care more compassionate, coordinated, and truly centered on the needs of every individual.
Jasmine Perry, MSN, APRN, FNP-C Advanced Practice Nurse | Endocrinology Specialist | Healthcare Leader
With more than 18 years of experience in healthcare, she is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care focused on improving patient outcomes. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to further advance her clinical expertise.
Her passion for endocrinology is deeply personal. From a young age, she supported her mother through her journey with Type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism, gaining firsthand insight into the complexities of managing chronic endocrine conditions. This experience shaped her approach to patient care—one grounded in empathy, understanding, and a strong commitment to individualized support.
Over the past year, she has focused her clinical practice in endocrinology, helping patients manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, and other hormonal conditions. She is dedicated to empowering individuals through education, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their health.
Her goal is to make a meaningful impact by combining clinical expertise with compassionate care, supporting patients and their families as they navigate complex conditions and improve their overall quality of life.
Elise Alford, BHS, MSPA, PA-CElise Alford is a board-certified Physician Associate specializing in endocrinology and metabolic health. Her clinical interests include thyroid and parathyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, PCOS, and diabetes care. She is passionate about helping patients better understand their health and creating individualized treatment plans that are both evidence-based and realistic for everyday life.
Elise earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Health Sciences from the University of Florida in 2022 before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2025. Early in her healthcare career, she gained patient care experience in inpatient internal medicine and family medicine, experiences that strengthened her clinical foundation, adaptability, and commitment to compassionate patient care.
During PA school, Elise completed both her core and elective rotations in endocrinology, where she developed a strong appreciation for the specialty’s complexity, evolving science, and meaningful long-term patient relationships. These experiences provided broad exposure to the evaluation and management of a wide range of hormonal and metabolic conditions and ultimately solidified her passion for endocrinology and patient-centered care.
Elise is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and dedication to helping patients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their care.
